1winpk Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1winpk platform, accessible at https://1winpk.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated as an English-language online gaming information and platform access service targeting adult users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing any wager, or otherwise using any service provided through 1winpk, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. 1winpk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 1winpk website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible via https://1winpk.cam.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Operator" means the entity responsible for operating and maintaining the 1winpk Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sports event, casino game or other gaming product offered via the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback or other incentive offered to Users subject to separate promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before processing withdrawals and certain other account actions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency referenced for transaction examples on this Platform.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and self-exclusion functionality available within the Account.

To register an Account and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by applicable law in your location — whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal recreational purposes only.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or where access to the Platform would violate applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gambling service through a self-exclusion request.
5. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
6. You have not been diagnosed with, and do not suffer from, a problem gambling condition that would render your participation harmful.

1winpk strictly prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by a single User. Duplicate accounts, accounts created to abuse bonus structures, and accounts registered using false personal information will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You agree to notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

The Operator will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

You may maintain only one registered Account. The Operator uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate or fraudulent registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any bonus funds.

By accessing the Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or circumvention of applicable gaming restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or other non-human agents to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a technical fault are void and will not be paid.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Posting, transmitting or distributing defamatory, abusive or unlawful content through any communication features of the Platform.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, without prior notice and without liability to the User.

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. General rules include:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a valid confirmation message from the Platform. Bets placed during system errors or market suspension are void.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• For cricket markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL/T20 matches, ICC tournaments and other domestic competitions — event-specific rules govern outcomes in cases of abandonment, reduced-overs formats, weather interruptions and super-overs. These rules are published alongside the relevant market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• The Operator may void any bet where it is determined that a material error — including a manifest pricing error — occurred at the time the bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per account tier. Current limits are displayed in the betting interface.

All funds deposited into your Account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Platform references commonly used Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as familiar payment context only. Their mention does not imply that these providers endorse, permit or support gambling transactions. Users must verify payment method availability in the live cashier before initiating any transaction.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• The Operator does not guarantee specific processing times. Actual transfer speeds depend on the payment provider and applicable bank procedures.
• The Operator reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address and source-of-funds verification.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the User's responsibility unless otherwise stated in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses, free spins, cashback credits and other promotional rewards are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to an Account, where there is evidence of abuse or where a technical error has led to an incorrect bonus allocation.
• Illustrative bonus figures published on this site — including PKR-denominated examples such as birthday credits or referral rewards — are for informational purposes only and do not constitute live offers unless expressly confirmed in current promotional terms.
• One promotional offer per person, household, device, IP address or payment method, unless promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

1winpk is committed to promoting safe, responsible and informed gambling. The Platform provides tools designed to help Users maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Controls: Set reminders or hard limits on session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations and game content — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1winpk and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, connectivity issues or data loss outside the Operator's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by the User in reliance on information presented on the Platform, including odds, game RTPs or promotional details.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local law regarding gambling in their jurisdiction.

This Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content published on the Platform.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of promotional structures is suspected.
• A self-exclusion request has been received.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information.

Users may also close their Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of pending bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the User via the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that local gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may be applicable to their participation. These Terms do not override or supersede applicable local law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable mandatory local law, local law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the Operator's customer support for informal resolution before formal legal proceedings are initiated.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform interface or by email to registered Users. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
